Services

Five service lines, one growth chain

From the first impression on the shelf, to the first position in search results, to a single mention inside an AI answer — we keep every touchpoint of brand growth in one system instead of splitting it across five vendors who never talk to each other.

Brand Packaging Design

From product positioning to the final shelf-ready asset. Packaging design for food, beverage, wine, agricultural produce and seasonal gift boxes, plus brand strategy consulting — driven by a four-stage product development method.

Go-global marketing — our real strength

Overseas localization team + global authoritative media + an overseas social matrix + Reddit and Wikipedia operations. We don't translate Chinese content and post it. We use the local language, context and channels to put your brand in front of overseas audiences and into the AI source pool.

Core Capability

GEO: claiming your source in the age of AI search

When a user hands their question to DeepSeek, Doubao or ChatGPT, the battleground moves from the ranking list to the answer itself. Not in the answer means not in the room. We use a repeatable six-step loop to put your brand into the AI source pool.

01Brand diagnosisAudit current brand visibility across major AI platforms, benchmark competitors, and surface both gaps and opportunities.
02Question mappingLock onto high-frequency questions and long-tail needs based on real search intent, and build a brand-specific question base.
03Content structuringHierarchical headings, FAQ layout, data support, Q&A and list structures — shaped so AI can lift them neatly.
04Source publicationPublish through an authoritative media whitelist and mirror coverage on your own site and content platforms to build a credible matrix.
05Mention coverageMulti-channel placement raises how often and how widely your brand appears in the corpora AI models draw on.
06Answer presenceMonitor citation rate and answer quality, then iterate on content strategy to hold the recommended position.
STRUCTUREContent structuring

One question per paragraph, information points evenly distributed. Organise content the way AI can understand and cite it — not as a lyrical essay.

PLATFORMPlatform fit

Doubao leans everyday, Kimi leans fresh, DeepSeek leans technical, Perplexity leans real-time retrieval. Same facts, re-organised for each platform's grain.

REFERENCEAuthoritative backing

Work with a high-authority media whitelist and cite industry reports and expert views. AI only cites what it trusts — this is the foundation of GEO.

CHANNELChannel coverage

Own site, authoritative media and knowledge UGC platforms laid out together. Content locked inside a closed environment is unreadable to AI, no matter how good it is.

TECHNOLOGYOn-site technical assurance

Ensure pages are crawlable, JSON-LD structured data is complete, and URLs are stable. So AI can reach it, read it, and keep it.

DATAContinuous iteration

Refresh the high-frequency question base monthly and steer content based on AI recommendation data to improve reach and conversion.

Global Capability

Going global takes more than a channel list

Many agencies turn "going global" into a list of media outlets. The real difference is who is actually on the ground, who holds the sources, and who knows where the community rules draw the line.

A cross-border plan review. Channels, sources and where the platform rules draw the line are settled before anything ships.

Overseas localization team On the ground

Localization is not translation. We handle the fit between cultural signals and buying habits — a "value for money" narrative reads as "cheap and low quality" in many Western markets. We also cover local social tone, local media relationships, compliance boundaries such as GDPR and CCPA, and cross-timezone responsiveness.

Global authoritative media Sources

Wire distribution puts your story into newsrooms worldwide: editorial review, targeting by industry and region, simultaneous release to partner outlets and aggregators, and fast indexing by Google News. The value shows up as republication, search inclusion, and being cited by AI as a trustworthy source.

Overseas social media matrix Owned channels

We build content assets on platforms Google already trusts. YouTube, Facebook and Instagram carry visual storytelling and demand creation; LinkedIn, DEV Community and Medium carry B2B acquisition and thought leadership; Blogger, Quora and Substack carry long-tail indexing and audience retention.

YouTubeFacebookInstagramLinkedInMediumBloggerDEV CommunityQuoraSubstack
Blogger, Medium, Quora, YouTube and Substack sit on high-authority domains, so content is indexed faster — good for both SEO and GEO.

Reddit and Wikipedia operations Compliance

Reddit is now one of the most cited sources in AI answers and the community most favoured by search ranking, yet it is also where hard advertising gets removed fastest. We only take the compliant route: real identity, value first, strict adherence to each subreddit's rules, no vote manipulation. Wikipedia works the same way — build independent reliable sources first, then draft in a neutral tone through the Articles for Creation process.

We only take the compliant route and do not promise guaranteed inclusion — that decision belongs to the Wikipedia community under its own guidelines.

How We Work

Four steps, each with a deliverable

Two colleagues checking a document line by line at a desk
Review and iteration. Every round of edits lands on a concrete deliverable, never on a verbal agreement.
STEP 01Diagnose

Brand audit, competitor benchmark, and a baseline test of search and AI visibility. Output: a diagnosis report and a priority list.

STEP 02Strategise

Decide the main battleground (domestic / overseas / both), the channel mix and budget cadence, with measurable targets.

STEP 03Execute

Content production, packaging rollout, ad account operation and source publication move together, with weekly progress and data.

STEP 04Feedback & iteration

Monthly review and attribution analysis, adjusting content direction and media mix, turning what works into long-term assets.

Rebuilding shelf competitiveness for a baked-snack brand

Starting from product positioning and category naming, we re-ordered the selling points and moved verifiable product facts — such as "not a drop of water added" — into the primary visual, so the strongest claim lands within the first three seconds on the shelf.

Building AI-answer visibility for an outbound consumer brand

We built a question base around high-frequency industry queries, restructured the website (FAQ layout, JSON-LD markup, semantic heading hierarchy), then published through authoritative sources to raise the odds of being cited.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between GEO and SEO?

SEO aims to rank a page higher in search results, but the user still has to click through. GEO aims to put brand information directly inside the answer an AI generates, so the user has already absorbed it before any click. They are not substitutes: SEO builds technical health and content quality, GEO layers structured content and source building on top. Together they form the foundation of full-funnel traffic.

How long does GEO take to show results?

Usually faster than traditional SEO. Once structured content and source publication are in place, some brands see a change in AI recommendation rate within weeks. Results depend on industry competition, your existing source base and content cadence. We diagnose first, then give you a timeline specific to your industry rather than a blanket promise.

Why should a packaging design project care about GEO?

Because they serve the same goal: being chosen. Packaging decides the three-second decision at the shelf; GEO decides whether people find you and trust you during search and AI conversations. Product visuals drifting apart from digital share of voice is why many brands pay twice and only get half the effect.

What localization support do you provide for overseas marketing?

Language and cultural fit, local social tone, local media relations, compliance boundaries such as GDPR and CCPA, and cross-timezone responsiveness. Delivery runs through our partner localization teams on the ground rather than machine translation standing in for local judgement.

Do you guarantee success on Reddit and Wikipedia?

No. Every subreddit has its own rules and moderators, and Wikipedia inclusion is decided independently by its community under notability and reliable-source guidelines. What we can do is raise the odds the compliant way: participate under a real identity, lead with value, follow the rules, and build independent reliable sources first. Anyone promising "guaranteed front page" or "guaranteed entry" is not telling the truth.

How do you price projects? Are there surprise costs?

We quote by project scope, not by the hour. Design work depends mainly on category count, SKU count and whether brand strategy is included; media and operations work is priced by service period and staffing. Once the scope is clear we give a fixed total, and we do not add costs mid-project. If scope changes, we confirm it in writing before doing the work.

How do you work with clients in other cities or overseas?

We serve clients nationwide and overseas. Briefings, proposal reviews and monthly retrospectives run over online meetings, design files and production assets are delivered digitally, and physical samples can be couriered. Most projects need no in-person meeting, and we adapt meeting times across time zones.
