SEO — Search Engine Optimization
SEO rules shifted structurally in 2025–2026. Google's results page was rebuilt around AI Overviews and AI Mode, and Baidu shipped its biggest overhaul in a decade, wiring generative capability into search. Keyword stuffing and link swapping are failing fast.
Google SEO: fewer clicks, higher value in being cited
Since AI Overviews arrived, top organic results for informational queries have lost click-through. But the same studies show that sites cited as sources inside those AI answers actually outperform the average. The conclusion is blunt: SEO's goal shifts from winning a position to becoming the source that gets cited.
In practice that means making Experience signals real — named authors, verifiable credentials, first-hand data; covering Article, FAQPage, HowTo and Organization with JSON-LD; hitting Core Web Vitals targets for INP and LCP; and marking up multilingual sites with correct hreflang to avoid duplicate-content misjudgement.
Baidu SEO: mobile, authority and originality
Baidu published its search algorithm specification in 2025, organising rules around content quality, need satisfaction, experience and search fairness, and continuing to act against title manipulation, aggressive scraping, click fraud and low-quality B2B content. Mobile accounts for more than seventy percent of traffic, and above-the-fold load speed is an explicit ranking factor.
Operationally we configure the Baidu Search Resource Platform: active push to shorten crawl discovery time, sitemap submission, mobile adaptation, dead link submission and crawl diagnostics — while keeping the original-content ratio up and authority citations visible.
Set expectations honestly
SEO is heavily affected by algorithm updates, competition and seasonality. We report against verifiable process metrics and trend improvement: phase one delivers technical fixes and foundations; phase two sees quality content indexed and moving into mid-tier rankings; phase three forms topic clusters, pushes core terms up and produces measurable enquiry growth. We do not promise "guaranteed page one".

Common questions about this service
How long before results appear?
Month one is technical diagnostics and fixes — rankings usually hold steady. By month three, quality content is indexed and moving into mid-tier positions, with long-tail and some core terms rising. By month six, topic clusters are formed, core terms reach the top three pages, and traffic and enquiries show measurable growth. Actual pace depends on how competitive your industry is.
How do Google SEO and Baidu SEO differ?
Google relies on hreflang to separate languages and regions, and weighs global high-authority media links and E-E-A-T signals. Baidu favours authoritative citations inside the Chinese ecosystem — encyclopedias, Baijiahao, vertical media — and prefers speed and crawlability for sites hosted in mainland China. The technical foundation is shared; the authority systems must be built separately.
Do you use black-hat tactics or buy links?
No. Click fraud, site networks and spam links are explicitly targeted by both engines. They may work briefly, but the cost is a site-wide demotion. We only build compliant long-term assets.
